    I have allways gone to another salon in Leyland, but decided to change as they allways tried to sell me more things. I decided to go to the nail and beauty spa and I was amazed at the standard of service and treatment I recieved, they talked to me in a very freindly manner and made me feel very welcome, the salon is beautiful. I will only use The nail and beauty spa in future. I would recomend that anyone in any business who wants to learn what excellent customer service is then they should go to the nail and beauty spa

  2. Nails,eyes and Face

    I recently visited the Salon, and had semi-permanent eyelashes, acrylic nails with Shellac on and treated myself to a prescription facial. The therapist spoke to me before hand, and analysed my skin then tailored the facial to my needs. The facial was so relaxing and refreshing and I didn't want to put make up on for such a long time afterwards as my skin felt so clean and nice. Afterwards I had my eyelashes fitted, and they are amazing. They last for weeks and everyone keeps saying "how have I got my lashes that long" people are so suprised when i say that there false. Because I told the therapist that I wanted rather Natural looking lashes. I then finished off with a full set of acrylic nails, which after always having gel nails, was such a nice change. The therapists never drill nails, and acrylic is so much better. My real nails are in a much healthier state now. I chose to have shellac on top of my acrylic nails as I was going on holiday and wanted perfect nail polish for 2 weeks. I must say that The Nail and Beauty Spa delivers everything that they promise and they are fantastic. Will definatley go back xx

    Me and a friend decided to treat ourselves to a pampering at The Nail and Beauty Spa, and from booking, everything was amazing. The Staff were so professional, yet there was such a friendly attitude and it was obvious everyone was happy. Even though neither of us had been to the salon before, we instantly felt welcome. We were given the choice of staying together and being treated in the double room, or relaxing individually. We chose to stay together. Our treatments were wonderful, afterwards we relaxed with frothy hot chocolates in their private lounge with Massage chairs. We left the salon feeling a million dollars. We will definatley return, and our mums birthday presents are sorted as The Nail and Beauty Spa do vouchers!

    I visited the salon for a spa day recently with a friend, and we had an amazing day. We were asked if we wanted to stay together and be pampered in their double room, or if we wanted to relax individually. We decided to stay together as we had come together. From the moment we walked through the front door, the staff could not do enough to help us. The whole salon had a roman theme, yet was fresh, clean and the treatments available were modern. We will definiatley visit the salon again, and our mums birthday presents are sorted in salon vouchers!
