Great place to hang out in Earlsfield - BecsS (02/03/2011)

I've been a member of the tennis club since 2001 and I think it's a cool place to hang out. In my time there I've progressed with my tennis so I can say with conviction that they look after you whether you want easy social doubles play or more competitive opportunities against other clubs. Taking individual or group lessons with the coaching team is useful too, as long as you don't mind your shots being dissected at length later over a pint or two at the bar.There are 5 flood-lit hard courts so I, and many others, play all year, but in the summer there are an additional 5 grass courts which are perfect to play on, or lounge on in the sunshine when it's too hot to play and, quite frankly, should be Pimms o'clock.If you're looking for a place to play some fun and competitive tennis and an opportunity to improve your social life amongst like-minded people, then try out The Spencer Club. | Report this
