    Our oven element had broken and we had purchased a replacement online from another retailer. However, as with most cheap online purchases, they are sent without all the correct parts. We called S&S Spares to see if they supplied the missing bits and they were so unbelievably helpful, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Next time we will be making them our first phone call rather than taking a chance online!
