Asked to deliver flowers to my mum for Mothering Sunday, Riverside found her not in. Whilst this was obviously NOT Riverside Flowers' fault, their response to it was surprising: they simply kept the flowers.Absolutely no attempt was made to contact the sender, though they had access to all my details.On enquiry, several days later, Riverside (eventually) accepted that they had taken the order, but claimed that a card had been left to say the flowers were with a neighbour... later accepting that this was untrue.To be fair, after my mum insisted that she should at least recieve the VASE that came with the arrangment... Riverside grudgingly provided a replacment arrangment which, though sulkily presented, my mum thought were very nice.Like I said, clearly not their fault my mum was away....just remain a little unimpressed with the way Riverside handled it.
