    We used Ridgeway Marquees several years ago, and again this weekend for my son's 21st party. We obtained competitive quotes, and they were generally in line with others, but Tim seemed genuinely interested in making sure we got what we expected. The guys involved in the build were great - put up with our dog wanting to play continually - and the marquee looked fantastic inside and out. They are just completing the dismantle, and again have been totally professional. When it became obvious that we needed an outside light, and a couple of other small things, they were sorted without fuss. I would absolutely recommend this company - they did their job without causing any stress.

    Ridgeway provided the marquee for my wedding. I was really please with the service I received. The equipment was of a high standard and the staff were more than happy to help with any requested or questions we had.It defiantly made our wedding the one we always dreamed of!Would recommend Ridgeway Marquees highly to everyone no matter how big or small the event.

    Poor communication. Slow responses to emails.Got the impression our business wasn't valued because we were a small event ... ie. not a big earner.Marquee looked fine but people were tripping up on the floor matting because of the way it had been laid down.The chairs we hired we in a terrible state- scratched and seat cushions were unstable. Childrens high chairs were dirty and ripped.Very stressful dealing with this 'company'... It is a shame as Ridgeways was recommended to us by firends who had a better experience several years ago.... Maybe they are taking on too much work so standards have slipped?
