Practice principal, Ian Penycate (MBEng. MCIOB) has more than 30 years experience in both the design & contracting sides of the industry and is professionally qualified. The practice is insured and knows how to get new or retrospective consent on all properties inc period & Listed.

We model exteriors, re-plan internal layouts, add extensions, loft conversions, new garages & barns and design complete new houses. You can have as much or as little help as needed including managing the builder on site,which a lot of practices don't offer as they don't understand how building works & know their designs will have problems they won't know how to resolve. Leaving this to the builder to "solve" usually increases costs & produces a less attractive result.
