    Very rude staff and unhelpful, they have a large stock of fancy dress but would not go back after being treated so badly and spoken to in such a rude manor

    I bought a costume from here in good faith after trying what was apparently the same size from another pack. The costume when I got home did not fit, I rang the store to explain and decided that I just wanted to get another costume. The Manager/owner was extremely rude an abrupt both on the telephone an also face to face when I visited the store. She would not listen when I trie d to explain that I didn't want to have to try on lots of the 'same' size costume to see if they fit, I was just happy to exchange for something I knew would fit me.She would not accept this and despite the fact I was not told the shop would not do any exchanges, she held her hand in my face and told me she couldn't help. I would avoid this store as I feel the way they treat their customers is poor an they did not make their policies clear!
