    This firm is a total rip off. They sting you for more fuel and charge for the fuel like the fire brigade. Charged me for cleaning the van afterwards saying i had left it littered and needing a valet. Charged my card £130+ vat

    DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OUT OF POCKET. HIRED A VAN. THEY MADE A SPURIOUS ALLEGATION ABOUT DAMAGE AND CLEARED ME OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD. THE PAY DAY LOAN CO. OF THE VAN HIRE WORLD

    hired a 9 seater "minibus", more like a shed on wheels. had to blow a couple of tyres up myself, bonnet catch was broken, air-con was broke, warning lights on the dash. SHOCKING. Told the hirer who basically could give a toss. One star is too good!
