Michael graduated from Brunel University, West London in 2000 after reading for a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Economics Business Finance and started his career as a financial services executive in the City of London and Sydney, Australia.

In 2004, Michael attained his Graduate Diploma in Education (teaching) from Macquarie University, Sydney. His professional experience included the tutoring and classroom teaching of Aboriginal and ‘non-English speaking background’ students to help them improve their literacy and numeracy. Over the last eight years, Michael has successfully tutored and taught students of varying race culture ethnicity from the full range of socioeconomic backgrounds.

Michael has been teaching in East Anglia, United Kingdom since 2008 and has Qualified Teacher Status meaning that he is qualified to teach in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
