Positioned in one of the side streets a short walk from the town centre this restaurant has a reputation for serving delcious fish This is a special occasion restaurant in our house the budget doesnt often allow visits to restaurants in this sort of price range, this and The Great House in Lavenham are the sort of place we would like to go to when we are celebrating something special the food is excellent and the service typically french as are most of the staff on the last occasion that we went there the only problem we had was that it was a saturday night and we felt that we were hurried through our meal (with impeccable service) so that the table could be re used for a second sitting We would definitely return but would avoid a Saturday fabulous food
