    I'm not to sure what all the bad reviews are about judge for your self I went in worrying about the reviews and garage stereo type these places had , my car was serviced at a maindealer who recommended I get all four tyres changed ASAP due to being illegal. So instead of paying their prices I came to maidenhead tyres who were so helpfull and honest and assured I should get a few more miles out of them yet . Never have I been to a tyre place and met honest people . They weren't just out to grab my money as soon as I got out of my car like other garages it seems they look after their customers

    I have used Maidenhead Tyres and Exhausts for several years and have always had good service and been happy with them as have my colleagues that also use them. I went in today with a damaged wheel (pot hole incident!) they fixed it within 10 mins and did not even charge me! Bearing in mind the negative reviews I'd seen on here I kept my eyes and ears open but all I heard and saw was good friendly service and happy customers. One employee was even ringing around trying to find a customer a replacement tyre for his wheelbarrow! I would say try them and judge for yourself.

    I have used this establishment for years. Took my car to get a couple of new front tyres and after inspection was told that I had about another three thousand miles on them.So I went back a couple of months later and got the job done when I needed to. Now I need a replacement on my exhaust and I hope it won't be too expensive, but I feel 100% confident that I will be charged a fair and honest rate, not forgeting the most important thing...my car will come out of their garage safe to drive!

    never never going here againmy wife went to get a puncture fixed on her car.rang me and said they told her she needed 4 new tyres.strange i thought as they were changed 3 weeks earlier.so my wife asked them(are you sure they need changing as they were only fitted recently)they then said well er they are not illegal but need doing soon.so my wife left there and went to the garage we had the tyres fitted at,they checked them and said the paint was still on the tread???they hadnt even taken the nobbles off?? the manager at the other garage told us that maiden head tyres was getting a really bad name now,they are rude to customers and try ripping you off.ok so everyones got to make a living but to tell a women she needs 4 tyres and they are new is beyond me...i must say after asking around i have heard nothing but bad things..watch out for them if you must use them.i never will again...be warned

    Went to this garage and was met by an abrupt large bald man in the reception,who was extremely rude.will never go there again,also was told i would have to wait approx half an hour(fine) 1 hour later i asked roughly how much longer it would be the rude man again snapped (it will be as long as it will be)needless to say 2 times is enough for anyone,i leftwould never ever go back

  3. WARNING Poor customer service and threatening behavior towards customers

    I once went and wanted my exhaust fitted, the garage staff or should I say 2 people in particular a person called Shirley and an old man with grey hair. Where extremely rude and displayed threating behavior I had no choice but to drive off not standing for that I expect better. When I complained to the manager, he did nothing about it and said they never did nothing. Great their word against mine, not even an attempt to find out the truth.I have never been back since and never will go back to a place where staff have threatening behavior to their customers to feel so threaten that you have to drive off. Yet the management could not careless and when I complained did nothing about it!Well I shall NOT be going back their again!
