Piano Tuning & Repairs in Manchester

We Provide Piano Tuning, Repairs for all of Manchester (and The surrounding areas)

We have a fully functioning Workshop and a team of Piano Technicians & Tuners who can undertake a wide range of work on pianos from routine servicing i.e. regulation of the action, keys and voicing, to full restoration of pianos.

We repair Vertical/Upright Pianos, Baby Grand, Boudoir & Concert Grand Pianos,

all our services are carried out to the highest standards and as a result a high percentage of our Customers are repeat customers and recommendations.

Tuning is at a set price

Quotations for servicing and repair work are done on an individual basis. Often it is only possible to give a firm quotation after taking a look at the Piano (No Call-Out Charge).

    Possibly the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!Macaulay ensured our beloved Blankenstein (Berlin) upright piano was sounding beautiful and playing faultlessly once again. Me and my wife are very impressed with the time & effort he put into it.We were advised by two different people that our Piano should have been replaced with a newer model. Macaulay disagreed and understood that our piano was precious to us and agreed to do the required work on the action and beat the other two companies quotes by more than half. Set the standards high for next time!We will defiantly use him again. Thank you

    I used this company after they beaten quotes I had been given off Forsyths (Manchester) and two other local companys. aswell as being the cheapest, the work was exellent and I would unreservedly recommend.

    I have a Bechstein grand piano, it has been in my family since the day it was bought in 1908. The left pedal and 12 keys on my piano have not worked in 2years and the sound was very poor.M.S came and had a look at it and told me what the problem was, very polite young man. he was very carefull when he was taking out the damaged parts. some of the parts inside had just come loose and shifted over time he said and he tightened them up and put them back in place.my piano has never sounded so great!now everythings back in place the sound has come back!

    I visited the workshop yesterday to have a look at a piano that had been recently refurbished. it was lovely, they had chosen the perfect colour for it.he shown us a picture of before and after they had done it, it was a right mess. cant beleive what it looked like now though. very friendly person shook our hands and offered us a cup of tea and let the kids see the animals he had in his garden we had brought along a broken hammer out of the piano and a stiff lock out of the front.he fixed the hammer back onto its stick and sorted the lock out for us, then he polished it so it was really shiny. had a really nice chat about the pianos he had in and what repairs had been done to them and stuff.when we was leaving i asked how much i owed him for fixing our things and he said said it was no problem and free of charge. what a lovely person.he had a sign on the wall saying find us in the yellow pages so i come on and rated ML.would higly recommend, hes really good at repairing pianosi know if anything goes wrong with my piano at home i will be using them

    I use M.L Pianos for my shop. very proffesional young man, always willing to lend a hand. I often ring him up for advice with repairs and stuff and he's always happy to help.Very Patient, and has lots of time for everyone.been to M.L's workshop to have a look at a upright piano they had in, it was very clean and tidy. looks very organised too. I recommend m.l to any one with a Piano, top man, top repairs. cheers

    I owned my Steinway for 40years and needed 4 new strings because of a bad tuner. They came and replaced the strings, really polite and professional young men, they even Polished it up when they had finished. buffed up the pedals and the hinges. looked brand new again
