    I called London City Electric to fix what I thought was a loose connection causing the lights in my flat to fail. It turned out that the fault was caused by the poor installationof the lights by our decorator. Simon the engineer fixed the problem efficiently and refused to charge me extra despite the work taking far longer than expected. As the lights hadn't been earthed and one of them's wiring was virtually burnt through, they saved me from a potentially costly and dangerous situation. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable electrician in London.

    Used London City Electrical the other day and found them to be first-rate.They arrived when they said they would, assessed the fault (bathroom lights/fan not working) and carried out the job with the minimum of fuss. They were also clearly knowledgeable about their trade.Highly recommended.

    This company was profession and I would recommend them to friends and colleagues.I was contacted and able to ask a LOT of questions about the job (by email or telephone ? whichever suited me). I got answers to the questions I asked that made sense and made me feel confident about the job that would be done. I was kept in touch about times of arrival and I was even sent a photo of the job to my phone (thanks Simon!). The quote was incredibly reasonable and came in at exactly what I had been quoted.I was very impressed with how I was managed (I?m sure my many questions were annoying) and I was pleased to have found a professional outfit that kept their word, stuck to timings that suited me and did a last minute job without question! I will use London Electrical again simply because they were so good.

    I needed an electrician for a job that had to be complete on one specific dat to fit in with a scheduled installation I had with another company. London City Electrical were brilliant!The company was more than happy to have a conversation on email or telephone and answer ALL my worrying questions without fail. They were helpful, responsive, positive and very professional. I felt supported by this company who turned up on time, completed the work as well as letting me know at all points of the job what was going on and even sent me though a picture to show what on site.I would recommend (Simon) London City Electrical and couldn't make any improvement suggestions. It was a pleasure to work with a company who respected what I needed, my timeframes and what was concerning me. They offered to help above and beyond what was asked for and rates were as agreed before the job with absolutely no add-ons.Thanks!

    I called London City Electrical to help when my kitchen lights failed - they sent an extremely knowledgable and polite electrician who solved the problem quickly and efficiency. I have since used them to perform a periodic inspection of my property and carry out remedial work - the same electrician did the work which added consistency and saved time and money familiarising himself with my property. He always arrived when he said he would, explained clearly what he was doing or was observing, I found that they were fair on price and extremely helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of them and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. It is always a struggle to find tradespeople you can trust when you do not understand the profession but I really feel I can trust London City Electrical.

    I needed a company to come to my flat and repair my spotlights, London city electrical, gave good clear advice, repaired the issue and I'm very happy to have experienced a 5 star service, there turn around in quotes and electronic invoicing is just such a pleasure, a company I will always be happy to use and recommend.

    As new home owners we were looking for a reliable and reasonably priced electrician. LCE gave a competitive and detailed quote, and stuck to it. There were no hidden extras. They were professional at all times and kept us in the loop with progress. The work was done with minimal inconvenience and mess and at times to suit us. I would definitely recommend them.

    I would like to recommend this company with a great service , i was very impressed in there depth of knowledge , and the fact they could repair my house from all the unsatisfactory items, It was better than i ever expected and there company also helped my office with fire equipment , and compliance. Using a Registered Firm makes such a difference. i know you will receive a great experience from the Friendly engineers.
