    Had dinner in this "Coffee Shop" last night. This is not a "Coffee Shop"! The food was superb. Goats cheese with caramelised onion and salad was excellent and the cheese done to perfection, not overpowering. Followed by the Chicken and Haggis Ballantine, 2 large breasts of chicken wrapped around haggis served on a tower of tasty rosti and sugar snap peas, finished off with a whisky sauce - delicious, 2 courses for £11.95, the quality of the food was "up there" with some of the best restaurants I've dined in Scotland (Michelin starred). I've highly recommended to many today and can't wait to go back.

    Absolutely love this tea room / coffee shop ... Always has a lovely bustling atmosphere ... super friendly staff ... great menu selection & loads of fresh home made choices ... especially the cheesecake ... definitely worth a visit ... once you've tried them once you'll keep coming back !
