KickFit Schools have over 20 years of experience in professional martial arts instruction. All instructors hold Black Belt teaching qualification, enhanced CRB check and First Aid certificate.

You can be assured of receiving a warm welcome, learn effective self-defence skills and a high level of personal attention. Nationally recognised mixed martial arts and self-defence classes; Tae Kwon-Do, Kenpo Karate, Thai Boxing, Escrima and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Five styles of martial arts blended into one KickFit system. The KickFit system is a blend of traditional and contemporary Martial Arts that offers not only an effective self-defence programme, but also a means for personal and character development along with self-discipline.
