I live in Leicester. Got injecta round. They gave us a good quote and we accepted. The only problem was they were booked up and it would take them over a month to do it. Fair enough I thought.Day arrives, me and the missus go to work and leave a friend in the house to wait for them. At 4pm she calls them and is told that they came "at 8am but no one was home".We were in at 8am and didn't hear anyone come. Nor did they do what any sensible person would have done and called us. It makes me wonder if they came at all of if perhaps they had another job they hadn't finished and so just lied about coming to us. I can't be sure. but even if they did come, what kind of company then goes home without even bothering to call the client to check? The only way we found out was by calling them at 4! A whole day sitting in wasted. Remember, -they couldn't even tell us what time they would come on the day.I emailed tem with these complaints and they haven't bothered to reply yet. If they do reply and if they offer some kind of credible reasoning they I might delete this review. EDIT: so they did actually come round and they tried calling but they used an old number -not the number we rang and gave them the week before they came. So now we have to wait till November for the work! Still They apologized and so that's that. I've added two stars to the review now. I will add more dependant on the work they do.Report this
