    In short the staff were very attentive and thorough with information. The car was the best of the all we had seen from other garages and driving it home was a joy definately satisfactory. Lastly the after sales was great I had a few queries but the sales guy did not forget me and was happy to help me. Thumbs up and definately recommend to others! David

    These guys have a very good selection of cars. Went to buy a BMW and ended up buying Mercedes. The cars are very well prepared and the staff are very polite and helpfull. No pressure buying. Have already recommended a few of my friends.I definitely would be using them again.

  2. Avoid--sold faulty car, refused to repair

    Bought a car from Hiltop and on the way home, a fault light came on. Rang Hiltop, was told to drive it home and get it looked at by local dealer. Local dealer advised up to £3,000 of work needed to be done. Hiltop refused to let local dealer do the repairs, insisting we drive the car 120 miles back to London and let their guy do the repairs. The repairs were not done satisfactorily, so Hiltop referred us to another mechanic "friend" closer. Again, thee repairs were not done, with the fault light coming on as we drove the car from the shop. At that point Hiltop stopped returning phone calls and e-mails. We have been left with a car that is going to become scrap after the new MOT regulations take effect. NOT HAPPY, would NOT advice anyone buy a used car from this dealer.
