The Hard Rock Cafe serves light meals as well as a selection of sandwiches, snacks and beverages. The cafe also features the Hard Rock memorabilia collection of merchandise from legendary British and International artists as well as many local artists. The shop at this branch sells T-shirts, jackets, glassware, umbrellas, pens and badges.

    I went here on a stag do with about 30 other hungry blokes. They were pretty tolerant and even gave the stag a free cocktail. Food was pretty basic and the beer would have been nicer a touch cooler. Atmosphere was cool and all in all we had a good time.

    We were unable to book a table, but they promised they would find us one if we 'just turned up'. True to their word when we turned up thye found us a table for 5 within half an hour. We had drinks at the bar while we waited on our table- the bar area was cramped, but service was efficient and the staff were helpful with their cocktail recommendations. Prices were a little high - but to be expected of a chain this size. Upon being shown to our table we were seated right next to the toilets and spent most of the evening being swept past by other customers. Not very pleasant. Our server Mike was chatty, but obviously harassed. Our orders were taken promptly, but the food did take quite a long time to arrive. Not much choice for vegetarians at all.The food itself was nothing special at all - large portions (except for the chips), but not top quality and looked like it had sat for a while on a hot plate before reaching us - not really what we were expecting from such a large chain. The men in the group ordered more drinks and we had to wait ages for these to arrive, to the point we wondered if they had bene forgotten. All in all an experience that we won't be keen to repeat.

    Its typical American fare, and American style portions! Def. something to watch out for if you have a small stomach! The staff are friendly and helpful - I would prefer it if the music was down a notch though - makes it difficult to have a conversation over a meal.
