    I was very apprehensive about having a bikini wax after a bad experience at another Clapham salon. However, this was a great experience. Quick, professional, hardly any pain or discomfort and the manageress talked me through each step and explained exactly what she was doing and why,I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the wax was excellent. I feel annoyed that I had been going elsewhere for so long! I will definitely be back here again.

    This salon has provided the best waxing service I have come across. It was quick and efficient with a very friendly beautician. It made the whole experience less painful and awkward than usual. The price was very reasonable, I would recommend it to anybody.

  3. This is how waxing should be done

    I wanted a Salon that knew how to do waxing properly. So my first question of "do you double dip" Hidden Secrets passed my test. Thank you to the lovely Manageress who did my waxing. Whatever has been written about you before doesn't matter. My experience at Hidden Secrets is one that I want to repeat...again and againWhy couldn't it be 10 stars. Looking forward to my next appointment.

    It's a great little salon, well maintained and personable. The 2 manicures I had were very well done, complete, left my hands incredibly soft and well groomed - a miracle given how rough they get in my job. Mostly I appreciate how the staff takes the time to explain what they're doing, what works and what doesn't as well as what I need to do to maintain. I would definitely recommend. Thanks!!
