Choi Kwang-Do (CKD) is a revolutionary Martial Art designed scientifically and developed to promote Good Health & Fitness, Personal Development and Practical Self Defence

Hendon Choi Kwang Do is a Martial Arts School that aims to provide students with a stress free, non-competitive training programme.

Our Instructors are trained personally by Mr Dean Stuart Ali, a Second Degree Black Belt Chief Instructor of Hendon Choi Kwang Do.

Hendon Choi Kwang Do is a Child School of Ealing Choi Kwang Do which is run by 5th Degree Master Black Belt Chief Instructor Jason Wright.

Hendon Choi Kwang Do is partnered with The Southall Martial Arts Academy which is run by Mr Peter Jackson.

Hendon Choi Kwang Do also works with the Finchley Cadets Squadron to provide Martial Arts and Self Defence courses to youngsters in line with the Duke of Edinburgh's Award - Sports Section.
