    Wanted to have hair coloured as had it red and half grown out. I did not want it cut as growing however hairdresser insisted 'would give me a not a cut' a thimble full of hair. The couour was awful it did not cover the grey and I did say that before I left the shop and I was charged £40.00 for the cut that was not a cut and £40.00 for a colour that was not a colour the colour actuay came out after the first wash. I then had grey awful brown and red not a good look. I have to say I will NEVER go back again and it is overpriced and a reason not to go to a salon that hires out a seat to the hairdressers as they want to make individual profit. I have to say that when I paid the receptionist actually looked very sheepish and shocked when told how much to charge me. You know when you are a certain age you feel that you are not given the right attention anyway. Go to Selfridges it is actually cheaper than this and they are great its worth it.

    just have to say, what a salon.... have had the best hair cut of my life, what a joy am so overcome by the friendly staff, carina my colourest was just amazin, she knew what i wanted..and had the best haircut from david, he was great .would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at fusion, i feel and look wonderful, thanks again...xxxxx
