We are a young, friendly, progressive, expanding Practice, established by Nick Fairweather in 2006.

We pride ourselves on providing local, specialist services from the high street to our client group of patients, accident victims, employees and individuals experiencing relationship difficulties.

We are accredited experts in all our areas of practice, with each Department having at least one lawyer whose skills and experience are recognised by membership of a Specialist Panel operated by the Law Society, Apil or Resolution.

Unlike many Solicitors these days we are committed to publicly funded work, (legal aid), and are LSC accredited Specialists in Clinical Negligence, Family, Employment and Mental Health work.

In early 2008 we were awarded the Law Society’s Lexcel Practice Management and ISO 9001.

Fairweather Solicitors converted to Fairweathers Solicitors LLP, a limited liability partnership, from 1st April 2011.
