About us
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) produced for domestic properties in Daventry, Northampton, Rugby, Coventry and Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and North Oxfordshire areas.
Jai Mathur is registered and accredited with Stroma to provide Energy Performance Certificates for domestic properties. He achieved the Awarding Body of the Built Environment (ABBE) Level 4 Diploma in Home Inspection in October 2009.
As a qualified surveyor who holds the DipHI, Jai is a member of the SAVA (Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation) Scheme in order to produce Home Condition Surveys. The SAVA Scheme's thorough checks and quality assurance procedures guarantee customer confidence in Home Condition Surveys.
Jai is a member of Stroma Network's Solar Voltaic Environmental Surveyor Scheme and is, therefore, licenced to produce Environmental Technology Surveys.
