    EE flooring fitted a carpet for me 4 months ago. After they left I realised a couple of problems with the fitting.I rang them to come back .A man who said he was the Dad turned up and agreed the fitting was very poor and said he would arrange for the carpet to be refitted. It is now approximately 3 months and they still have not turned up. They do not answer their phone or return calls when messages are left on their voicemail.We now have further problems the carpet has started sagging on the stairs and the grippers have worked loose. My 2 year old was able to pull it out from the bottom step.I am absolutely disgusted with this company and their after sales service.They have caused a major health and safety problem in my home.

    At the time i needed help from family and friends to pay bills and to get fix up my house as i was out of work. (i was in a rite mess)i was using a mate internet at the time, and found EE FLOORING. I needed my carpet sorting out and flooring done. Having concrete ground floor and floor board up stairs i expected an expensive job. however i was wrong, i phoned elliott, explained my situation of money is tight and house needed sorting out. He gave me a quote of how much and how long. i though it was too good to be true, i said ok to it and went ahead with the carpet. i picked some thing that is hard wearing and looked quite decent. i think i waited about 3 days.From the start and to the finnish they was fast, professional, and it was a great job. even took away the rubbish !!!!i can not fault them in anyway, the service the price and the fitting. im happy with everything that has been done. ive reccommend them to family and friends. some of them have also had work done they are also happy with it all.pukka job, great service and good price. when i move i getting him back and i would recomend every time

    elliott has completed 3 rental properties for me to a very high standard at a very cheap price. gave him the keys the night before and rang me 3 times over the day 1 to confirm was at property 2 to update on how was getting on and 3 half hour before he was finished. very proffessional and very comfortable to talk to. thank you for you exceptional work.

    where to start... i rang Elliott on 2/07/12 in the afternoon. very polite on the phone and came out to see me the same evening between 7-8 when i was availible. He measured up in 20mins and asked what i was after. After a few mins he came in and showed me a selction of samples and said he can show me more if there was nothing i liked. i choose a brown carpet with a fleck to hide the stains or children! also showed me a lovely vinyl sample of white wood effect which really brightened my kitche and bathroom.he asked me when i was availiable which was asap and he was back 2 days later. he arrived at 8 and finished at 3 all the old carpet was uplifted amd old underlay . he moved all the furniture amd put it back where he moved it from. i cant fault anything Elliott or his worker donme all day. after all the fitting was done he hoovered and removed all the rubbish. he truely was a lovely young man.he gave me an invoice for the job which i thought was very cheap at £1250 for 2 bedrooms, hall, stairs, landing, front room and dining room in carpet and vinyl in kitchen and bathroom.i went to carpet right before and they quoted me £1980 so was very impressed with E.E flooring.thank you again and will definately recommend to friends and family.
