Casburn Carpentry prides itself on an extremely high standard of work, at a very competitive price, all of which is fully insured and guaranteed.

With 12 years’ experience in the trade, reliability and professionalism whilst remaining friendly and approachable.

I started off serving a 4 year apprenticeship before moving on to gain City & Guilds Advanced Craft certificates IN CARPENTRY AND JOINERY.

From there formed CASBURN Carpentry and have been busy ever since, relying on a steady supply of work purely through recommendations.

Fully qualified, fully insured and vastly experienced in all aspects of the building trade; competitively priced and happy to undertake any jobs from hanging doors to a fully project managed construction.

In our opinion it’s the little things that count, so after a days work you find we always clean and tidy, and leave the area in a respectable condition even if we are only halfway through completion.

    Reliable, trustworthy, superb, exceptional service, good to his word, Nothing was too much trouble, nothing negative to say. Tidied up every day, you wouldn't even know they had been there, they did an excellent job. If we need more carpentry work done we would call on him again, I can't speak highly enough.

  3. Doors,doors and more doors

    I studied the reviews for Casburn Carpentry before ringing James to have a total of 9 replacement doors fitted and a bifolding door hung. I needn't have worried, James standard of work is second to none and attention to detail, a self confessed perfectionist ! To top it all, he cleaned up after each days work. I have no problem in recommending James to anyone needing high quality carpentry. I will certainly be in touch again, I'm told we need a summerhouse !

    Read all the reviews about Casburn Carpentry before ringing James. We were having a total of 9 doors and one bifolding door fitted.I needn't have worried, his standard of work is second to none, a self confessed perfectionist, to top it all he cleaned up at the end of each day. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing carpentry work, I'm sure we'll be calling on him again soon ...........I'm told we're having a summerhouse !

    Casburn Carpentry have just finished several weeks work at my property which included replacing a split level staircase, renewing all door linings, hanging new doors, fitting architrave and replacing skirting boards.They were very professional but also friendly and polite.The quote was very competitive and there were no hidden extras!The work was completed to an excellent standard and looks absolutely amazing due to their skill and attention to detail. Definitely recommend!!

    We used James to put in a new door lining and to hang two new internal doors. The work carried out was completed to an excellent standard and at a very good price. We are very pleased with our new doors and will definitely use Casburn carpentry again.

    Professional, polite and tidy. James fitted kitchen worktops for us and the quality of work was excellent. James went above and beyond what we asked him. Very competitive price. Will use Casburn again!
