Brook's was established over tweny years ago in 1989 and is owned by Savoy trained Darrell Brook. The restaurant offers a nostalgic charm in an informal yet elegant candle lit seting. Polished floorboards in a separate airy Bar and Dining Room are set off by neutral walls hosting a personal collection of original art.

Upstairs are comfortable lounges, furnished with chairs and sofas so guests may relax over coffee and brandies. For those who wish to remain inthe Dining Room , wax crayons are provided to draw on the lilly white cloths. Best ones are framed on the wall.
