Brimar carries out maintenance and fault finding work for owners and landlords. We carry out NICEIC Periodical Inspection and Testing for landlords, insurance companies and property sales, producing a written report and certificate.All electrical installation work is carried out to comply with BS7671 IEE wiring regulations and Part P of the building regulations.
