    I was moving house on Saturday, and arranged for 2 men and a van to come at 2pm. I received a call at 10.30am to say that they were short of staff, and that they definitely couldn't provide 2 men, and that one man could "probably" come at 3 or 4pm, and that they would advise me to arrange an alternative removal van. This caused huge amounts of inconvenience on an already very stressful day so I would not recommend this company if you are looking for reliability.
