    We used Better Removals to move to a new property, also paying for them to pack for us.They promised a large crew on the day of the move as the ensured us this could be all completed in one day. Unfortunately, only two people turned up.....A box was also lost in transition with our laptop and IPad in. We did not notice the lost straight away as due to the lack of people moving us our items were all over the place and we expect it just to be in a box we had yet to open. When we called them back to see if they knew what box it could be in they reported we were making serious allegations (we were not making allegations just asking) and were very rude to us. We had to claim back our items through our home insurance.

    this firm failed to re-deliver the items from storage on the specified day, delivering some 18hrs later resulting in my loss of 2 days pay. plus a box of kitchen items worth approx £50 failed to be delivered,some 10 days later they are not answering my e-mails and have failed to offer any compensation for either, in fact they have been very unhelpful and rather rude.I have handed the matter to a solicitor.so I don't recommend this firm to anyone
