Beech Cottage is just 5 minutes walk from the Solent at Hill Head with its everchanging panorama of shipping, yachting, wind-surfing, and kite-surfing.The Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve for bird watching is also within easy walkingdistance, and we are very close to 'The Crofton', which serves reasonable mealsand was voted local real ale pub of the year 2007. 'The OsborneView' serving good foodand overlooking the Solent is also within easy walking distance.The Bed and Breakfast/B&B is non-smoking, although guests are welcome to usethe delightful garden areas.Our accommodation, which is upstairs and separate from owner's, is ideal for a coupleor a couple with up to two children.We have one tastefully decorated double bedroom and a separate smaller bedroomwith two singles or one single and a cot. This second bedroom is only available aspart of a family unit as there is only one shower room toilet facility, which you wouldneed to share.
