    My friend bought me a voucher for Beauty Box for my birthday and unfortunately due to moving I didn't find it until after it had expired. I tried to make an appointment and would have spent an awful lot more money but they refused to honour it as it had expired. Very bad PR as now I have told everyone about my ordeal. Not good for business!
