Shropshire Project - Family Support Work

A preventative service offering advice and support to children/young people and parents / carers to address their concerns or difficulties.

Shropshire Project - Short breaks service

Our services provide short breaks for disabled children living in Shropshire.

We require a broad range of carer's in the provision of the service and can also provide individual support from a volunteer for up to 10 weeks to enable a child/young person to attend a specific leisure activity or group.

-Inclusion in a 10 week group programme, designed to increase young people's confidence, develop their skills & promote their independence.

With the right help, committed support and a little belief, even the most vulnerable children can turn their lives around.
