    I booked a trip in March for myself and three close friends to "Downton Abbey" in JulySadly one of the friends died just last week. I contacted Bakers to cancel the trip and certainly expecting to pay an administration fee I was told in no uncertain terms I should have taken out insurance. The trip is not for another 3 months so the chances are that they will sell those seats. If it was a case of one of us changing their mind I could understand this stance but when one of the party unexpectedly died I think I would have expected a bit more compassion.Needles to say I will not be booking with them ever.
