    My first impression as I drove up was of a traditional olde world village inn. This was confirmed when I walked into the comfortable and homely bar. The welcome was warm and friendly and the choice of beers very good. When I looked at the menu I was spoilt for choice from a good range of dishes that would appeal to all tastes. The reality of the meal did not disappoint and I cannot wait to repeat the experience on my next visit to the area and would recommend it to anyone.
