    While out in the New Forest recently, a car going too fast in the other direction spooked a horse, causing it to crash into the side of our car. The passenger door and wing were badly dented and we were very upset. We looked on Yell for a body shop and saw Autocrash. After checking out the VERY helpful website, we called and explained the situation. We arranged to bring the car in and were made to feel very welcome with a cup of coffee while the damage was assessed. We expected to just be given a quote but Cavan, the owner, told us what needed to be done and told us it could be fixed up that day! The price was much lower than we had feared and the car was fixed while we waited, despite being offered a courteousy car or lift into town.I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Cavan and his team of very able technicians. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
