If we have to make a charge for clearance we offer a fixed price service, with no hidden charges.

We always try and offset the cost of the house clearance against any residual value in the items cleared.

We will clear all the items from the premises, leaving the property tidy and swept through.

We also offer a full clean service, getting the property ready for sale / transfer.

All items that are to be disposed of are taken to responsible licensed waste transfer stations with the highest recycling standards.

We are fully licensed and insured for all aspects of our house clearance service.

    I had to arrange a clearance at fairly short notice and living 100 miles away had to rely on an internet search. I am really glad the search produced Tony.     Arrived on time; compared to others Tony had a meticulous eye for detail e.g. quoted for small items in the loft and garden ignored by others. Started on time and finished on time.Hoovered throughout and left the house cleaner than it was when he started. Loose keys found in a cupboard left out for me on the side in case they were important. Finally; best price quoted; would definitely recommend.

    Needed a large fridge-freezer moving at short notice. Service provided was fast, efficient, prompt and courteous - team arrived on time and the fridge-freezer was moved with the minimum of fuss but with all due care to new location and sound advice given about setting it up again. Overall, a good, helpful & polite service at a reasonable cost that I would gladly use again, Highly recommended!
