    We initially chose this florist because as stated on yell.com - they delivered to the area we chose (Aberdeenshire), it also stated on the website options for local and national delivery. I placed my order and then called to confirm with the florist. Half an hour later we received a phone call to say they could not fulfil the order as the didn't deliver to Aberdeenshire despite advertising otherwise. We arranged a store collection, when asking to have the deliver charge refunded the shop assistant told us this would be tricky and instead they would add to the tribute. My Grans's tribute in the end was exactly as described on the website (no additions or elaborations - unless you count the 3 diseased flowers, loosed flower and badly written tribute card). I would seriously reconsider using this florist if the event is anything of importance, they caused a great deal of stress at an already difficult time. The poor craftsmanship of the tribute did not do my grandmother's memory justice.

    Another review from me but this time on behalf of my family., with the recent loss of my brother we came to you for the funeral tributes., and wow.....you gave my mum exactly what she had in her mind., as you did with the rest if the family flowers., we were overwhelmed by the tributes when we saw them. Even the funeral director commented on them. The service we got from you all in the shop was second to none and I can assure you that you will always get our business., I, like the rest of the family were blown away with what you created and also the manner in which you handled the situation. Thank you all so much,

    Again I am impressed with the flowers that I got from you last week, still going strong and they look fantastic, the colours were exactly what I asked for and the florist that I dealt with was great at asking what the vase was like etc., so that I got what I wanted......will see you again soon.....will certainly recommend you to friends and family...all that and great prices too :)

    I wiould like to thank the staff at anastasia florists in aberdeen for there proffessional service and quality of flowers we have never seen such an abundance of flowers on display, 7 day trading and online shopping greeat for us offshore guys who forgot the special occassions

    I live in London and its difficult to get presents to family for birthdays or any other ocassion, This company are truly old school in service, the staff are so incredibly friendly, the products are superb in quality, exceptional in customer care.
