    My elderly mother had a blocked toilet and the Alpha Rod man was very helpful under difficult circumstances. The toilet blockage was due to clothes that had been flushed down the pipe and the chap managed to extract them from the toilet (without even having to take off the loo). Very grateful as this saved having to replace the old toilet. 11 out of 10.
