Jennifer Williams is the well respected owner and head stylist of the Alive and Klippin hair salons in Wales. She is London trained and has over 22 years experience in the hairdressing industry, allowing her to grow her Pontardawe premises into a very popular salon for all her loyal and happy customers. This is achieved by the help of her excellent team of stylists and trainees who have helped make the salon such a success over the years.The new Ammanford premises is certainly a salon with a difference. Built over three floors it boasts a fully stocked retail outlet on the ground floor, a hair salon on the 2nd floor and a private specialised hair loss clinic on the 3rd floor.   1. Absolutely awful! £100 for colour I could have done better myself

    If I could give no stars i would, I asked for a dip dye effect (which is meant to be gradual colour), and came out with dark roots then a blunt line following to a ginger colour! & worst thing it cost £85!! Then when i went back to have it changed a day later Jen wanted to charge me £30 for the colour they had put on when it was their mistake in the beginning! Would never go to this salon ever again! So I ended up paying £100 for something i didnt even want in the beginning and wrecked hair! Could have done a better job myself!
