    a star for us being able to make same day apt - despite telling receptionist she did not like being 'caged' and she had bad breathing (unfortunately they do not offer home service) we waited almost 40 mins after apt time. during this time my cat was very distressed and very sadly died on the vet table. the vet was asking stupid questions whilst she was clearly dying and i had to beg him to put her to sleep and she died before he did this. it would be unfair to blame her death on the vet but they made her suffer much more than necessary and subsequently caused me and my family great pain. i am writing this 7 weeks after the terrible tragedy
