    I was newly arrived in Broadstairs and my central heating was broken. It was the weekend and, post half a dozen unsuccessful calls to 24/7 central heating services, I found Alert Plumbing (which was lucky for me).Noel was with us within the hour with the repair done and everything restored to working within 30 mins. In addition Noel re-ignited the Aga which was a big bonus!Based on my not insignificant experience, Alert are 100% reliable and trustworthy and will be the first number I call in the future.

    We have been using Alert plumbing for seven years and have always been extremely satisfied with the work they have done for us. We inherited a complicated heating system and unreliable boiler and Noel has been to our rescue several times, even on a Sunday, fixing the thing quickly, efficiently and in the most cost effective way he can. Alert Plumbing have an honest work ethic, they will advise the cheapest option for the customer and I would highly recommend them.

    I have used Alert Plumbing for seven years and could not recommend them highly enough, the service is absolutely excellent. We have a very old house and have inherited an complicated plumbing and boiler system, they have done extensive work to my boiler and heating and got it right. Noel goes out of his way to help in an emergency, to the point of coming out on a Sunday morning when he was due to go on holiday! He advises of the most economical resolution and I always feel I can trust that his advise is in our best financial interst. Alert Plumbing are 100% realiable and, most importantly, 100% honest.

    We have used Alert Plumbing for several situations - an emergency (boiler), repair of a previous plumber's bad workmanship (toilets), and new appliance installation (built-in dshwasher). In every case, the job was evaluated and excellent recommendations with alternative choices provided. Several small unrelated problems were also fixed and all prices were reasonable. After each job, we received a quick call to make sure everything was all right. We will use this company again and certainly recommend them.
