    Today Saturday morning, boiler would not work and snow forcast for this afternoon. Tenant with young baby in cold house. Usual plumber was busy all day on job in Northumberland. needed a plumber urgently. Phoned lots of plumbers who were not interested in working Saturdays, lucky for me I telephoned Ian of Able plumbing who immediately called out to fix the boiler. The computer board had failed. Needless to say he had the boiler up and running to the delight of my tenant. Bearing in mind I am an unknown quantity to Ian and payment would have to be made by cheque when he sent me the bill after the job completed, I was very impressed with him. top marks to this plumber's customer service ethos.
