Long established Water Softener Company (30 years+) serving Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. We are a fully independent company offering a complete range of equipment.

Unlike many other company's who only seem to offer one make of Water Softener, our plumbing & heating engineering background affords us the benefit of understanding that different manufacturers products suit different plumbing applications. Therefore we have never sided with one particular company, preferring to offer the consumer a broad range of different products and equipment, based upon their individual needs, having undertaking a free of charge site survey and water hardness analyses.     We found A D Veale on Yell.com and found them to be a very professional, helpful and courteous company. They listened to what we were looking for and provided us with a detailed quotation, explaining the costs of the equipment and the installation work. The final payment matched the original quotation exactly, with no additional costs. Both my wife and myself were extremely impressed with the installation plumber who fitted the machine and the follow up service of salt deliveries have been very prompt. Certainly excellent and traditional customer service 'like it used to be' and something sadly lacking in so many of today's businesses.
